Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, please email our customer support team at email@example.com with your request, We encourage you to submit any cancellation or change requests as soon as possible after placing the order. Once the item has been shipped, you will need to initiate a return request.
What happens if an item ordered is out of stock?
While we strive to minimize any such incidents, some items may run out of stock during periods of high demand. In all such cases, our customer support team will contact you and initiate a refund request.
For pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed directly into your debit/credit card or online account that was used to make the payment. It usually takes 7 to 21 working days from when the refund request was raised for the amount to reflect in your account.
You can also choose to receive an email when the item is back in stock.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer a number of different payment methods:
- Online Payment using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. We accept all major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard and Amex) and support netbanking for 50+ banks.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – this service is available only in select pincodes in India. You can check if COD is available for your pincode on the Cart page. Also, COD is available only for total order amount less than or equal to Rs. 10,000.

Do you ship internationally?
No, Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point, but are working hard to bring this service to you soon.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
We offer free shipping across India for all prepaid orders. For cash on delivery orders, a nominal convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be charged during checkout.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
All orders are shipped within 3 working days of placing the order, and it typically takes another 2 to 10 working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the courier and tracking details so that you can track your order online.
Will all the items in my order be shipped in the same package?
Not necessarily. A single order may be shipped as multiple packages to ensure that your product(s) arrive safely and securely.
Returns and Refunds
How do I know if an item is eligible for return?
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy, i.e., you can place a return request for a product within 7 days of receiving it, so long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and have all their original packaging and tags intact.
However, there are certain exceptions to this policy wherein we will not be able to process a return and refund your money:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item where the return request is initiated more than 7 days after delivery and/or where the return does not reach us within 15 days of initiating the return request (in case of self-ship returns).
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Certain products for which the product page explicitly states as “Final Sale”. We recommend you read the product-specific return policy on each product’s page on our website.
Do you offer reverse pickups? Are there any additional charges for this service?
Yes, we offer a reverse-pickup service in most, but not all, pincodes. In case you choose to arrange for a reverse pick-up, a nominal restocking fee – Rs. 100 per product – will be deducted from the total refund amount.
if your pin code is not serviceable, don’t worry. You can still return the product(s) by shipping them to us at Jou Bonn Enterprises, Galaxy Vega, C-1908, Tech Zone-4, Greater Noida West, UP-201306. As you prepare the product for shipment, please ensure that:
- The product is packed safely with adequate protection from breakage during transit. To the extent possible, try packing it just like you received it.
- All labels and tags are intact and included with the product, alongwith the invoice.
- You mention your order number on your shipment.
What if I receive a damaged product?
We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you a received a damaged or incorrect product, please submit a return request and we will set things right. Please mention your order number when you reach out to us.
What is the process to return a product?
- First, submit a return requestto initiate the return process. Please provide your order details and reason for returning the product.
- If your location is eligible for a reverse pick-up, our customer support team will provide you with a date and time for the pick-up. Otherwise, please arrange for the product to be shipped to us at Galaxy Vega, C-1908, Tech Zone 4, Greater Noida West, UP-201306.
- Once your return is received, our operations team will inspect each product and approve the refund. Please allow 2-4 days for the processing of returns.
- Once the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the following manner:
- For prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, you will receive a cheque/online bank transfer for the refundable amount.
